      I am a self-motivated person who can work independently or within a team environment and have conducted myself in a professional manner in a varied number of roles within Toyota. During my 32 year experience within Toyota I have attained experience in many roles from project management, data analysis through to warehouse management, inventory control and kaizen (Constant Improvement) which involves process mapping to stream line existing processes and tools to achieve efficiency and cost reduction. Cost analysis to identify cost reduction opportunities for negotiation Overseas bench marking with other affiliate and customers to study processes for yokoten of best practice to TMCA business Leader of vehicle build-out activity with final component orders calculated based on sales plans and inventory holding (sea freight, in-transit & physical stocktaking) Orders and lead-time supply were tracked to ensure the parts were available at the right time and volume to achieve a smooth vehicle run-out and to obsolescence targets.
