I also developed manufacturing processes and methods for new product designs.These are selected accomplishments:• Led $1.5M capital project, removing, refurbishing, and relocating 12K square feet of precision steel turbine assembly floor, including sub floor construction, enabling consolidation of 2 plants.• Replaced manual braze processes with $2M of automated brazing systems, reducing process costs by 50% while improving quality and safety.• Developed new processes and implemented automated electrochemical deburr and punch press flow line, to achieve 1-year payback on $5.5M investment.
