Michael's passion for driving value to hospitals is apparent in every interaction. Additionally, his level of responsiveness to any health system's needs is a model for any service provider. My only regret is not listening to him sooner when he offered a solution recently purchased from him. ECRI is lucky to have him!

Michael Logan stands out as an account executive. He is attentive, while not being intrusive. Anyone dealing with another firm in a support role understands that this is a delicate balance. Being available and responsive while not tying up your calendar. Ironically, while doing this he is still able to bring new services and ideas to the table. As I said, a delicate balance.
