He was spot on with the improvement and staging suggestions he made, which lead to a greater than 100% return on investment. The marketing brochure he produced was of exceptionally high quality . . . eye-catching and appealing to prospective home buyers. I saw brochures for houses 3 times our house’s asking price that were not even 1/3 as good. We also managed to buy our house for $30k under its appraised value. And when things got tough during the buying process, Michael ALWAYS stepped up. He always had our best interests in mind.
