During my internship I am working in the IT department. There I am employing my organizational skills to produce a troubleshooting page to make client issue resolution more simple and effective. I support two separate campuses Awbury and Fernhill. At both campuses I assist with cable management for mobile carts and administrate the Network through Jamf software supporting over one hundred devices. My experience includes interacting with the staff resolving technical issues. During my internship I am working in the IT department.
