When I joined the startup team, there were no consolidated measures of SKU performance for Shopee, a mobile marketplace application launched in seven countries. Local SKU management practices across the region were not data-driven or scalable. To solve the issue, I led Google Analytics data analysis for regional business development, operations, and marketing teams. I programmed a data analysis tool for SKU management, generating weekly reports and insights for regional teams based on the outputs. When I left, my team had developed new business metrics which could be applied across the region and also derived a baseline measurement for the platform.

The research team had no distribution channel for DiaCog, an education technology tool for children with Autism, operating through a $600,000 project grant. I also identified a knowledge gap concerning the learning and communication needs of Autistic population.I spearheaded and formed strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, government institutions, knowledge experts, schools, and care centers, after leading the market analysis. I conducted fieldwork with the stakeholders and then distilled my research into simple design principles with an accompanying research paper.
