  Non-Ex devices can be operated safely in hazardous environments with the help of an overpressure enclosure, tested by following EN-DIN 60079-2 and the pressure controller QSS. Inside the enclosure, a constant overpressure in the mbar area is execting, which is built up with the help of instrument air or inert gas, prevents the penetration of explosive atmosphere. This approach creates an ex-free zone within the potentially explosive environment in which non-ex devices can be used.Two variants are available:1. The overpressure enclosure can be supplied together with the pressure controller QSS and works 'ready to plug'.2. If a suitable overpressure enclosure is available, it can be set up together with the pressure monitor unit QSU to an overpressure system QSS. Acceptance is carried out in both cases after construction. This means that the user mounts his fittings on the mounting plate and performs the wiring. The free measurement during commissioning is carried out by a stationary gas warning device. After successful measurement, the power supply for the QUINGUARD® is activated. When the internal pressure is reached, all fixtures are switched on.Nicht Ex Geräte können mit Hilfe eines nach EN-DIN 60079-2 geprüften Überdruckschaltschrank und dem Druckwächtersystem QUINGUARD® QSS sicher in einer explosionsgefährdeten Umgebung betrieben werden. Im Inneren des Raumes wird durch einen ständigen Überdruck im mbar Bereich, der mit Hilfe von Instrumentenluft oder Inertgas aufgebaut wird, das Eindringen explosionsfähiger Atmosphäre verhindert. Durch diese Vorgehensweise wird innerhalb der explosionsgefährdeten Umgebung eine Ex freie Zone geschaffen in der Nicht Ex Geräte zum Einsatz kommen.Das Freimessen bei der Inbetriebnahme wird durch ein stationär eingebautes Gaswarngerät durchgeführt. Nach erfolgreicher Messung wird die Spannungsversorgung für den QUINGUARD® freigeschaltet. Wird der Innendruck erreicht werden alle Einbauten zugeschaltet. Show less
