  Managing the Profin claims team of up to 10 specialist at anyone time. My role was to manage workflow, people and processes as well as providing technical advice and strategies. Amongst other things I was heavily involved in claims presentations to various stakeholders, relationship management and the promotion of Vero as a specialist Profin Insurer.
