If you want to find the person on the team, with detailed information about almost everything that is going on, it's Michael. I have had the pleasure of working closely with Michael for two years on a Mercedez Benz Strategy project, with the Joint Venture, Movinx. In a project set up, 'too much information' does not exist in the dictionary of Michael Klemke. I am truly amazed by his positive attitude, flexibility, and perseverance. He can stick to a topic or an issue till completion and can digest new information rapidly. Having Michael in the meeting means the mood will be light and you will feel the spirit of 'collaboration'.
