Anthony Dibble
Mike worked as lead Technical Author on a multi-million defence project for which I managed as Technical Lead. At the time this was the highest profile project in the Group and had an extremely high degree of urgency attached to it. On such projects, documentation can often take a back seat when under challenging delivery deadlines. In such a difficult context, I was very impressed with Mike’s determination to get his job done. He didn’t allow himself to be fazed by an engineering team that were reluctant to give him their time. He used that time efficiently and produced high quality documentation.
