  Executive Vice President of Land & Title (2010-present) - In addition to my role as Senior Title Analyst and Project Manager, as Executive Vice President of Land & Title, I am also responsible for various business management duties, including the acquisition of new work and clients, negotiation of contracts with clients, hiring of new personnel, business development and improvement, maintaining daily contact with clients and business finances. Senior Title Analyst/Project Manager (2008-2010) - I manage oil and gas title projects for multiple clients throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia and New York. I am further responsible for the supervision and adequate training of many title abstractors. Upon review of abstract work, I prepare and finalize abstracts of title for the preparation of title opinions used by oil and gas exploration and production companies in connection to their drilling activity. I further manage acquisition due diligence and title curative projects.Title Abstractor (2000-2008) - Responsible for the research and compilation of title documentation used in connection with the preparation of title opinions for oil and gas exploration and production companies in Pennsylvania and New York.
