Led a team of six District Managers and one Construction/Rehab Supervisor in the Tucson & Phoenix Region. Between January 2014 and December 2017, the Tucson Regional portfolio realized revenue growth of +305%, +$33mm and an increase in NOI of +372%, +19.3mm. Value for the region when using a 6% cap rate, for 2013 was $86.6mm and for 2017 was $409mm for a four-year portfolio value gain of +$322.4mm. This was accomplished through portfolio growth, focus on driving income and reducing expenses throughout the region and providing superior customer service to our clients and residents. Continued to oversee Phoenix portfolio of 3000+ units until the sale of the 2759 unit Standard Portfolio in July 2014, along with the lease-up of eight Avilla Homes communities totaling 1052 units in Phoenix & Dallas through July 2018. Relocated to Salt Lake City in June 2018 to be closer to family. Continued Tucson & Phoenix operational support and transition to a new VP through August 2018. Obtained a Utah Principal Broker license in July 2018. My role as VP of Property Management Operations continues with MEB but is now focused on establishing new business in the Utah multi-family market. Show less

      • Oct 2008 - Jan 2014

Supervised an amazing team of ten Community Managers and one Marketing Director. Portfolio exceeded 3000 units, of which 2759 were a group of seven properties that MEB began managing while in receivership in March of 2009. Standard Portfolio of Irvine CA, purchased the portfolio in September 2010. MEB managed them through the sale in July of 2014. During this time frame, while the Phoenix market was slowly recovering from the 2008 crash, we were able to increase value +30% during our management for Standard Portfolio who was very appreciative. In 2012 & 2013 MEB selected me as the District Manager of the year. I was promoted to the VP of Property Management Operations for Tucson in January 2014. Show less

In September of 2006, I moved to Pinetop, AZ. While in Pinetop I worked with Sara Reidhead as an Associate Broker in the sales of single-family homes, primarily secondary homes. In early 2008 I started Mountain Retreat Realty Services where I was the owner and Designated Broker. Shortly thereafter the market crashed and I moved back to Phoenix and went to work with MEB Management Services Inc. In September of 2006, I moved to Pinetop, AZ. • District Manager, Property Management Operations
      • Sep 2002 - Oct 2006

Oversaw eight Community Managers and one Construction/Rehab Supervisor. Properties included a number of value-add communities and several HUD renovations. In mid-2004 I was promoted to a Team Leader position which created an oversight responsibility for three District Managers. Our team consistently beat budgeted income and NOI numbers and were instrumental in gaining new management agreements due to our results, attention to detail and presentation skills.
