I am responsible for administration and quality control for a portfolio of key customers pensions and insurances. Included in my portfolio are ITP/FTP/SAF-LO agreements as well as a range of private solutions provided by brokers. The focus of my role as system specialist is to provide application consultancy, support and administration for SD Worx SaaS pensions ERP system SD Worx Pensions Management. As part of my responsibility I set requirements and prioritise development tasks, creating acceptance criteria and providing a variety of QA/regression/function testing. As system specialist I provide expert guidance internally and externally to customers and stakeholders on a range of pension, payroll and report systems. I am fortunate to have the opportunity to also work with OPX process and quality improvement. I enjoy optimising existing processes, creating new improved systems and managing the change from legacy to new more efficent and quality assured systems of working. In addition to my job roles i also provide English language support and am proud to be an experienced first responder. Show less
