Mike Kersey is a triple threat AI Programmer. He’s a bad ass programmer, a great communicator, and extremely proactive. Mike made memorable boss battles for Transformers: War for Cybertron in the form of Omega Supreme and Trypticon that wowed reviewers. He also made some cool AI characters like the Tank. What separates Mike to me from other programmers is how he came to me (a level designer) to describe the space requirements for the Tank AI while my level was in the block out phase. He made sure I left enough space for this very large AI character to look his best and told me when parts of the layout would not be traversable by the AI and should change. Mike did this without being prompted to because he cared about the AI shining in the game. Mike always goes the extra mile in his work and I hope I can work with him again in the future.
