Michael is one of the HQ System Analyst that I work very closely with. We have been partnered several times throughout the years on various projects. In maintaining proper data integrity, Michael and I engaged in a referral clean-up project to ensure that any outstanding items were reconciled in a timely manner. Additionally, we were also responsible to confirm that all demographic information for Providers is correct within the system. Michael and I still maintain a partnership in keeping the integrity of our system accurate. He is very skilled in PM/EHR systems as well as providing troubleshooting and clinical expertise. He not only supports the system but all end users as well. He truly is a vital asset to Health Quest.
