In my position as Business Development Manager I created an internal contract manufacturing business (HF Manufacturing) within Little Tikes that was designed to offset seasonal production capacity issues. With the support of many key Little Tikes employees we were able to build a business that was producing revenues close to $3 million in its second year. Little Tikes was sold to MGA Entertainment in Nov. 2006 at which time I decided to move on.
