I hit the jackpot when I was given the fantastic opportunity to have Michael as my manager. In all my years of employment, I've reported to many wonderful people, but Michael takes things to a whole other level. He is there instantly in the hard times and always focused on turning them around quickly into good times. He is intelligent, efficient, kind, funny, and never misses a beat. He's firm but never has a negative thing to say. Though he has a great deal on his plate, he has never shown any sign of inability to handle even the toughest situations.
