Skills developed include; - First-principles based cost estimation in Microsoft Excel and Expert Estimation (Pronamics), - Project scheduling in Microsoft Project, - Quantity take off using AutoCAD, - Interpretation of project documents (scope of works, drawings, specifications, etc.), - Preparation of project documents (RFQs, RFIs, management plans, and ITPs), - Preparation of Subcontractor SOWs and procurement of quotes. - Compilation of completed tender documents to present to the Client for submission.
