- I organise the curriculum for the English department as the school wanted something that was capable of weathering the Covid 19 pandemic. - Once this was organised I spent two weeks training the other teachers how to use the curriculum affectively alongside the software we had available. - I organised the pacing charts for the English department. - I have quickly built up a rapport with the students using behavioural management and classroom management techniques to engage them in lessons. - I tested my students and use these tests to monitor progress and to focus on the areas that the students are struggling in.
