Michael's ability to understand the DNA of the business, and then fit the PI solution to it, is remarkable. PI has had a high impact on the business, and it's engagement with the users is beyond that of any profiling tool I have ever used. In addition, Michael's personality is warm and encouraging, which brings the feedback to a very personal level, allowing the recipient to view themselves in the context of the workplace. I cannot recommend PI enough.
