I develop the curriculum for Be BOLD, a local mentoring organization that I helped to form within the University of Arkansas's Volunteer Action Center. I help lead a group of ten college students that mentor middle school boys and create topics of developmental importance- i.e. positive friendships, celebrating cultural differences, civic engagement, and sustainability- that focuses on social-emotional learning, hands-on activities, and group work.
