  A fast paced tourist attraction. The sun was blistering and the work load was something to behold. We were short on staff so I learned to do everything but mechanic work. Generally, my duties consisted of cashier work, instructing and assisting customers, and paperwork at the end of each shift. The bike rides are genuinely fun. A fast paced tourist attraction.   My duties consisted of stocking, preparing, and serving meat and seafood. At the end of the night, I clean and disinfect the whole department, broke down the truckload, and set up for the next morning. A very busy job, but I like it.
