Mr. Jaworowski, known to most as "Jaws", is in my opinion the best teacher, coach, and advisor that I have ever had the great privilege of working with. I have known Mike for over 10 years, and in that time with his help and guidance, we as a team exceeded expectations year after year. Mike won numerous awards as an RSM as well as being the number 1 VP of sales for Stanley Security multiple year running. While awards are great, it was always about making the customer experience better with every transaction. It was rarely about Mike, and always about his team. I have made it one of my own business goals to emulate Mike’s practices, building teams that mirror his leadership, and staying true to sales with integrity. I would recommend Mike for any position, with any company, that wants to achieve sales they never could reach in the past.
