  Initially, at MacPherson’s, I ran the warehouse’s first successful second shift. Since then, our needs have changed and I am now the outbound supervisor. In this position I direct an efficient flow of product through packing and shipping over a nine member team. While in this position, I have enjoyed a growth in teamwork within my team. That, and my direct contact with customers, is the most rewarding part of my job. I have taken the initiative to find cost-effective solutions in the use of our freight carriers for both LTL and TL while also finding other areas within my department to improve upon.
