I have worked with Mike Ryan in Bottomline Technologies and Interactive Constructs (now Follett Digital). In Bottomline Technologies, Mike was my team lead. The project was in a very complex state when Mike took over. Mike always listened to the different ideas from the team members and never hesitated to incorporate them. This encouraged the team to work effectively and without any pressure. His team management helped the team members to work on their strengths and no surprise the project was delivered on time. His bulk loading design using multi-thread framework was used by two projects. In Interactive Constructs Mike's work was always appreciated by the customer. It was a pleasure working with Mike and I would never hesitate to work with him again in the same team.
