  I provide my Technicians with Technical Support both in the field and in the office in the following areas: Hydronics, Air Conditioning, Process Refrigeration, Steam Boilers, Dual-Fuel Burners, Ice Bank Systems, Glycol Systems, HVAC Controls. In addition to Field Supervision, I provide Project Management, Scheduling, Job Cost Analysis and Purchasing. I have designed and implemented several Energy Efficient Designs ranging full Mechanical Rooms and Central Plants, to specialized Process Cooling applications. Having been in Construction and HVAC throughout my life has provided me with a wealth of knowledge I apply daily. I embrace the use of technology as a means of responsible energy use and a way to meet design goals. Having the knowledge to provide a solution that meets or exceeds a client's needs is an area where I enjoy using my strongest skill, Creativity. I have found that there are usually more than one solution to solve a problem and it is very rewarding to be able to work through all of them until the most efficient, cost effective one is reached.

  Working at Fidelity gave me the opportunity to learn from more experienced Technicians and Supervisors, while teaching others that could benefit from the knowledge I had acquired. Joining Fidelity was a great move, as it offered more diverse systems and problems, which meant I could learn more, faster. I serviced all types of Commercial & Industrial Heating and Cooling equipment in the Baltimore / Washington region. My clients included Domino Sugar, Care First, Vac-Pac, Comcast, IKEA, satellite buildings for the National Archives, Quest International, Strayer University, Mercantile Bank’s Data Center, The Hyatt Regency, several Office Buildings in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor and many others. These were being controlled by Pneumatics from Honeywell, Invensys and Robertshaw which were beginning to be integrated into DDC System from JCI, Andover, TAC and Siebe. These systems were in demand 24/7 and downtime had to be avoided whenever possible. Fidelity Engineering had truly prepared me for my next step, Management!
