Mike Sheehan is an excellent teacher and has a strong rapport with colleagues and students. He is an enthusiastic instructor, and always volunteers to support extra-curricular activities. Additionally, he has always been the first to adopt and pilot new technologies, which is so important as K-12 instruction evolves. He is an expert in Google Apps for Educ, Microsoft Office suite, Apple OSX, Windows, mobile devices and classroom technology including Smartboards. I recommend him without reservation.

As part of the Padua faculty, I taught Philosophy and World Religions to students in grade 12. This curriculum was co-designed by myself and my department chair. It includes the worldview of a variety of global perspectives, and touches on philosophical notions of The Self, Experience, The Human Condition, Social Identity and Psychoanalysis. I also co-designed a curriculum and instructed a high school level hybrid course called Influential Thinkers.
