Over time we could not only diversify the services but through market insight, agility, and customer intimacy, while attracting and keeping talents, my department became a true company within the company. Today we help our clients to crack open the next industrial revolution with additive manufacturing, shifting to SaaS, fully manage learning and development programs for all job types in the IT industry, manage and develop channel partners, and sales teams, enable through marketing&events, and sell IT security consulting and related software solutions. Service diversity is key to be agile in one of the most dynamic markets with dynamic clients. The story behind our success is simple: the customer comes first to all of us a team. And in an agency, this also means every day comes with new challenges and the related miracles we need to make happen. So my job is simple: keep the challenges coming and enable the team to do miracles. See further than others and spot the opportunities in innovation. My personal interest is on future-of-work and the future of manufacturing and supply chains.
