Bio
Bryan Delorme
I had the pleasure of working with Michael in a program management office role on a complex technology implementation. Michael comes to work every day with a smile on his face, willing to roll up his sleeves to help the team make meaningful progress. He is a quick learner, good listener and is able to work well under pressure. His positive attitude made a significant difference on the team's overall morale while delivering this challenging project. I would gladly work with Michael again.
Ronald Lay
I enjoyed serving on the promotion panel with Michael, as he possessed excellent analytic, judgement and negotiation skills; that he shared to benefit the entire panel. As members of the panel we had to review a large number of files. Michael developed a spreadsheet that streamlined and standardized our review and analysis - making a standardized evaluation fair and easily repeatable. The team loved it. As usual, we needed to make some tough judgement calls, Michael usually made a call early and more often than not, it turned out to be the right call. Finally, I really liked Michael’s negotiation skills, when proving his point it is obvious he has done his homework, but calmly listens to dissenting views. His presence is unwavering and confident - but still easy going. I would love to have him on my team again.
