I was brought on to bring our Founders' dream to fruition, and have helped to build CRS from the ground up. In my time with the company, I have see us grow from three trucks in operation to over fifty. As Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, I am responsible for managing all hands-on operational aspects of the company. Guided by my company's objectives, I provide the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that we secure and retain the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. I provide daily management, motivation and leadership to my employees to maximize employee loyalty and morale which, in turn, leads to a healthy bottom line, profitability, cash flow, allowing us to achieve our business goals. Spearhead the improvement, expansion, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes. Represent the company in a professional manner to attract new clients as well as building a strong relationship with clients to maintain a lasting partnership.

  I spent three months in the office assisting the estimating and pre-construction departments. Responsibilities included performing takeoffs, soliciting bids from sub-contractors, and assisting with bidding on projects. I spent four months in the field at the Residence in Mount Julient, and Unum in Chattanooga. Responsibilities included performing daily logs, coordinating with sub-contractors and performing safety meetings.
