• Supervises and administers all Workforce Solutions functions and personnel. • Works with business and industry representatives to access district training needs and establish new training programs. • Serves a liaison between the college and community to enhance college activities. • Serves as a member of the college’s leadership team.

I am responsible for facilitating 41 full time and 6 part time faculty and staff.• Assists in the development and administration of grants. • Manage Perkins grant-writing manage budget, oversee all expenditures, and purchase equipment. • Coordinate annual advisory committee meeting. • Provides overall leadership to the faculty within the Technical Division, including recommendations regarding the review and development of appropriate academic policies and procedures and the development and implementation of divisional mission and annual goals within the limits established by the policies and procedures of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System, the policies of the Senate, and the rules and procedures of Elizabethtown Community and Technical College. • Works collaboratively with the division faculty and shall perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Chief Academic Officer. Demonstrated effective leadership skills as Division Chair for the Technical Division 2011 to the present.

Associate Professor

• Taught over 300 credit hours in Circuits 1 and 2, Rotating Machinery and Motor Controls 1, National Electrical Code, Personal Financial Management, Industrial Maintenance Robotics and Industrial Maintenance Capstone courses during my service from October 2002 to the present.• Maintained regular office hours as well as created innovative and effective instructional methods utilizing PowerPoint and web based instruction for approximately over 600 students and advisees. • Completed all 53 modules of the Academic Advising Center online program and served as a master advisor during the 2010‐2011 school year.• Served on local college QEP orientation sub‐committee, Strategic Enrollment Management and Web Steering committees.• Served as a representative of Elizabethtown Community College during road shows, open houses, and various community outreach projects.• Represented the Technical division as Vice-division chair in the absence of the division chair at the Honors Recognition Program, division chair meetings and other occasions as needed.• Assisted in facilitating an effective SkillsUSA organization on campus. • Chaired committee that makes admissions and financial aid policy and procedures recommendations and heard appeals of decisions on academic probation, academic suspension, residency∙ classification, and financial aid.• Served as ECTC representative on the IMT VLI proposal, member of the statewide IMT curriculum committee, member of the SACS QEP committee for orientation.
