  My daily duties in this position involved gathering comprehensive evidence for Code for Sustainable Homes/BREEAM assessments, reviewing and complying with regional and national energy policies, assisting with SAP calculations, producing take offs from drawings, quality control of sub-contractor/consultants reports and negotiating with sub-contractors/consultants over fees for live tenders. In addition, I spent time working within the Design Team on the pre-commencement of a new £270 million residential/retail development in East London. My responsibilities included; monitoring/tracking the design programme, organising/attending design team meetings, quality control of planning documentation, reviewing and commenting on Architects/M&E packages, managing Consultants and liaising with the Local Authorities.
