Driving operational excellence I lead overall operations related to the regional academy through proper collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders for seamless execution of change initiatives within the company. Improving service quality at the highest level I align priorities with set policies. Court, Civil Process, and Transportation Division Commander 2013: • Appointed to administer 37 sworn and five civilian employees by proposing courthouse security to three buildings, eight court complexes, while supervising the transportation of all prisoners. Criminal Investigations Division Commander, 2010 to 2012: • Oversaw 32 sworn and three civilian employees’ activities to address significant crimes issues against rapes, children, burglaries, robberies, and homicides. • Conducted and streamlined internal investigation process relating to complaints and inspections on Sheriff’s Office employees. • Served as Public Information Officer and Transition Team Leader. Professional Standards Division Commander, 2009: • Orchestrated seven sworn and 38 civilian staff in Emergency Communications Center, Evidence, Property Storage Room, Training and Crime Prevention Units, Internal Investigations, and Criminal/Civil Warrant Service.
