It was my privilege to work closely with Mike for three years at TE Connectivity. During this time, we both served on the same leadership team in TE's Sensor Solutions business unit. With Mike having Executive global leadership of Sales and Product Management, I led global Quality at that same time, During my time at TE, Mike and I worked closely together on high impact customer issues and growing the business quickly, but with long-term stability and scalability still in mind. Mike is one of the best leaders I have ever seen negotiating with customers and finding win-win solutions. I can think in particular of one very memorable situation in my career where I "mentally took notes," sitting in the same room, of the way Mike was able to turn a difficult situation into an even better customer commercial relationship. Mike's commanding presence and affable style builds the confidence and goodwill of not only customers, but people internally who work for him or just observe him. He truly cares about people and is an excellent leader and developer of other leaders.

I worked with Mike for over 4 years at TE Connectivity and he is an outstanding Executive whose vision and ability drove TE’s leadership in Sensors. His strategic thinking and ability to see the big picture, coupled with remarkable tenacity and a culture of accountability make him one of the most effective business leaders I have worked with (and for). Mike always focuses on what is important to achieve the strategic plan and holds himself and the organization accountable for results. He also takes talent management extremely seriously and has consistently demonstrated his ability to recruit, retain and develop top talent. His coaching and mentoring is intense and particularly effective. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Mike Hart for Senior Executive positions.
