My experience has included and not been limited to the following: • Carrying out bespoke electrical designs for clients using Merlin products for integration into various vehicle platforms (Blue Light and Defence Clients). Design work to include both 12/24 Volt DC systems and 230 Volt AC distribution. • Carry out 230V AC installation designs for mobile platforms in accordance with BS7671-18th Edition Wiring Regulations. • Compiling and issuing technical literature to include detailed Design Documentation, Wiring Diagrams, Manufacturing Drawings, Bills of Materials, Cable Charts and Test Schedules. • Managing & running of large scale projects. Liaising with clients throughout project duration from conception to completion. • Working on and developing new product designs. Manufacture of prototypes & test equipment. Product testing including application testing and certification. • Sourcing & ordering components for new designs / prototyping and adding components onto the company stock monitoring system.
