I have just taken delivery of a new car which Michael arranged, this was not a car that was available from his own dealership but from another in the group. I used Michael as his sales skills were professional, he listened to my needs and through understanding these needs provided a solution I wanted, and didn't, (unlike the competitor near by, who does sell the make of vehicle I was looking for), attempt to push me into a different purchase based on profitability to the franchise. He diligently followed up on the enquiry, without me feeling under pressure and the transaction was completed with a genuine "nothing is too much trouble" attitude and in a timely manner. (some 3 weeks later 2 dealerships where I made enquiries have yet to make any follow up!- and they do sell the make of car I was looking for). I am delighted to unreservedly recommend Michael.
