  I was selected because of my years of experience in flips, general real estate and property management to create the Tampa Bay Market for Silver Bay and was the sole person in this role. I acquired 952 homes, renovated and put into rental service to a 98% occupancy level. Silver Bay ultimately sold to Tricon and my job was terminated prior to that as they were ceasing acquisition activities. One year I renovated 374 homes and put into rental service.
