Completed a full time professional training to develop and apply skills in Empathy, Design, Iteration, Prototyping and Testing, to client projects, solving real-world business problems. Projects included: ● 30th Street Guitars - a re-imaginative look at an existing website to allow consumers to shop with less distraction all while continuing to get the experience ● Six Flags Cruises - a mobile first application allowing customers to fully immerse themselves in their vacation by being able to use a digital wallet, book events on the ship, communicate with family and staff, and locate family members when necessary. As the Secondary Lead Researcher, responsibilities included recruiting participants for research, managing a collection of insights from testing, owning functions such as testing at any fidelity level, and overseeing final research before digital production, as well as a test plan ● ArtUp Coop - a mobile application that features in-depth opportunities for Artists and Airbnb hosts to connect, explore, and communicate; creating an atmosphere of mutual respect, valuing the users above all.
