The idea behind Premier Trash Pros came about when we felt there was much improvement needed in the valet trash amenity. I have been a part of this amenity in a community and felt there were many areas that needed improvement in a resident's perspective. After conducting research in the industry, I felt there were many areas to improve for property managers as well. Using my experience in different industries, Premier Trash Pros implemented qualities that we felt were missing in this industry.
