This role carries out the implementation of dementia care based on the best practice in the whole care centre. Also, performs clinical audits like care planning, restrictive practices and approaches in dementia care. I provide education and trainings about gaps and non-conformances based on the audit findings. I also review residents who exhibits non-cognitive symptoms of dementia and provide recommendations.
