In the three years I worked with Michael Glimp for the 436th Contracting Squadron at Dover Air Force Base, no one was more dedicated to his work. He is without doubt the single most dedicated person I have ever met. His ability to multi-task and perform all actions to the highest level, set an example to all those around him. He constantly worked to improve his understanding of policies and procedures to, not only, aide him in his endeavours, but to be of greater service to those around him. He is an outstanding team player and leader. Exceptionally knowledgeable and an asset to any team. I would recommend Mr. Glimp to any agency and would be pleased to work with him again.
