-Student Voice Rep for the Institute of Management and Health at UWTSD. -Engaging with students and asking their opinion on a variety of topics, including changes to the course as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic. My main focus throughout the 2020-2021 academic year was investigating the effects of a new common module called "Changemakers", and submitting student feedback at meetings and the dedicated steering group for the module. -Taking this feedback to the thrice-yearly Institute Board Meetings, where I was one of the only students present amongst management and teaching staff. Aided by a Student's Union colleague, I presented the students feedback. -Being a point of contact if students require help in any regard. Show less

    • Waiter
      • Sep 2018 - May 2019

Waiter and bartender at a lively continental themed restaurant in The Mumbles. I was responsible for serving drinks, delivering food, preparing deserts and making sure guests were satisfied. For a number of months, I also managed the downstairs bar. During this role, I learnt how to prepare cocktails, use a payment system and keep the bar running smoothly. I ran this bar during Beaujolais Day 2018, one of the busiest trading days of the year. Waiter and bartender at a lively continental themed restaurant in The Mumbles.
