Ensured the pre-operation client deliverables were communicated and managed by all Schlumberger contract managers. The main deliverables being HSES workshops, Induction workshops, SQ Management plan, HSE Management plan, Preventative management plan, and detailed KPI’s with scheduled reviews. Built a team/family relationship model that ensured an open honest relationship. Due to the location, additional emphasis is put on the environmental aspects of this operation.
