Tools, spares and equipment had to be imported from different countries so Logistics control was extremely important. Ensured technical expertise was available for all contracts for continuous improvement throughout the project life which includes analyzing all hole sections by our drilling solutions group for very tight well placement parameters. Ensuring the pre-operation client deliverables are communicated and managed by all Schlumberger contracts. Continuous improvement promoted and Lessons Learned communicated and acted on.

Contractor support needs identified and brought to their management for immediate action. Closed out all previous investigations and communicated to all stakeholders the lessons learnt. The previous two quarters saw 12 incidents with 300+ hrs of associated NPT. The quarter while I was involved with the project saw 1 incident and 2 hrs of NPT.

Ensured contractors compliance with the project KPI’s and hold regular SQM’s with all contractors and the Samarang Management. Organize and conducted management teams to audit all contractors before the operations commence with time bound actions closed. Monitor training requirement of all critical positions and implement as needed. Conduct regular field contractor and rig audits in conjunction with management.Ensured all contractors incidents are investigated and closed out in the required timeframe. Promote the use of the SLB SWI and Checklists for every operation. The mobilization was from Malaysia and was logistically challenging as the wells were being drilled in the Philippines. Additionally, all Government regulations from both countries had to be adhered to with regards to personnel and equipment working and import/export. Tasked with ensuring all personnel and equipment conformed to contractual obligations. Ensured technical expertise was available for all contracts for continuous improvement throughout the project life which includes analyzing all hole monitored the Real-time data steaming and held workshops for the client in three different countries. Ensuring the pre-operation client deliverables are communicated and managed by all Schlumberger contracts. The wells were drilled under budget and ahead of the drilling curve with Zero NPT or LTI’s.

Ensuring the pre-operation client deliverables are communicated and managed by all Schlumberger contracts. The well was drilled under budget and ahead of the drilling curve with Zero LTI’s.

Each completed well is producing +/- 150MM scf and the other is the first De-Commissioning Platform Project for Petronas in conjunction with Petro-Vietnam, Carigali and Pertamina. This involves P&A of eleven wells, including pulling all tubulars and casings. Both projects have High Petronas focus.Attending all morning meetings and working closely with the Drilling Superintendent, Snr Engineers and Subsurface engineers. The contact point between the client and Schlumberger for all contracts. Tasked with ensuring all personnel and equipment conformed to contractual obligations. High focus is placed on NPT reduction and a Zero HSE incident target. Keeping all the SLB managers abreast constant client changes to the drilling program, wells to be worked on and operations. Meeting the extreme logistics challenges due to the constant client changes. Ensured all contractors incidents are investigated and closed out in the required timeframe. Lessons Learnt from the investigations were updated and reviewed before each section of subsequent well. Promoted the use of the SLB SWI and Checklists for every operations. Responsible for all contract project closeout with SLB and client.

The contact point between the client and Schlumberger for the four contracts. Held daily meetings with all SLB segments to ensure forward planning for equipment and personnel was prioritized. Tasked with ensuring all personnel and equipment conformed to contractual obligations. Management of Lessons Learned and working closely with the client to close out all actions on their own LL register. Successfully planned and executed the process which helped to reduce the NPT rate to 0.09% during the time on this project.

Tasked with ensuring all contracts will conform to contractual obligations. High focus is placed on NPT reduction and a Zero HSE incident target. Setting up the mechanism so we have the technical expertise available for all contracts to ensure continuous improvement throughout the project life which included analyzing all hole sections by our drilling solutions group. Daily management of Lessons Learned and Risk Register. Working closely with INPEX contract proponents in building and maintaining contract KPI’s and to ensure there were approved contingencies in place before the first well was drilled. Ensured the pre-operation client deliverables were communicated and managed by all Schlumberger contract managers. The main deliverables being HSES workshops, Induction workshops, SQ Management plan, HSE Management plan, Preventative management plan, and detailed KPI’s with scheduled reviews. Built a team/family relationship model that ensured an open honest relationship. Due to the location, additional emphasis is put on the environmental aspects of this operation.
