Michael is a fantastic programmer and team player. Throughout the course of our project he was the go-to person for programming related questions. He was able to articulate and teach concepts clearly and concisely to people with little to no programming experience. He led his meetings in a very organized and effective manner and wrote very clear documentation to accompany his work. He is very organized, a team player, and an efficient worker. My team was very fortunate to have him.
