  After completing my fourth and final eligible summer as a member of the Cadets, I was asked to officially join their instructional staff for the foreseeable future. I enjoy giving back to the drum corps community since I attribute much of my character to the incredible mentors I met while touring with The Cadets. • Clinical Research Coordinator - Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine

  Coordinated research initiatives for the Sports Medicine Service, Women's Sports Medicine Program, and Department of Orthopaedics at Massachusetts General Hospital. Intimately studied and co-authored peer-reviewed manuscripts, abstracts, and book chapters related to sports medicine pathologies of the shoulder, elbow, and knee. Worked under the guidance and mentorship of Dr. Luke Oh and Dr. Miho Tanaka. Coordinated research initiatives for the Sports Medicine Service, Women's Sports Medicine Program, and Department of Orthopaedics at Massachusetts General Hospital. Intimately studied and co-authored peer-reviewed manuscripts, abstracts, and book chapters related to sports medicine pathologies of the shoulder, elbow, and knee.   Assisted in conducting grant-funded, prospective clinical motion capture studies. Received training on post-processing software and point-cluster technique marker placement. Regularly interact with patients receiving treatment for lower-limb orthopaedic conditions - particularly total knee arthroplasties. Conducted an independent honors thesis entitled: Compensatory gait adaptations in response to perceived pain in older adults with knee osteoarthritis (December 2018). Through my time at Franklin Dining Commons, I learned the values that make a top-tier dining facility operate. My role was to make pizzas, serve the buffet line, run food from the kitchen, wash dishes, bus tables, and exemplify strong customer-service.
