As a key account manager with WESCO distribution who needs to identify and partner with people committed to creating value to our mutual customers, I quickly identified Mike Ford as a quality individual I need to have on my side. Recently, we developed an opportunity to convert a client to a new GE LED lamp that replaced a HID lamp. On the original shipment, we discovered a technical glitch were client provided dirty power was causing the lamps over-current protection fuse to open. The issue was this specific fuse was not ubiquitous. Mike determined the devices manufacturing location and was able to get a small sampling of the fuses directly from the plant.
