      The greatest asset that I have gained from work experience has been in cash flow forecasting. I have successfully maintained my branch's head cash and ATM vaults within branch specific standards for the last 5 years. My bank mitigates cash exposure risk through shipments and orders weekly based on prior experience. A key part of my job entails forecasting cash flows for normal branch activity in order to reduce the risk as much as possible. I also have numerous foreign currency exchange responsibilities which involve similar ordering procedures, though much less frequently than weekly. Some of my other responsibilities include making daily sales leads for prospective client relationships based on customer interactions, logging night deposits, opening and closing the branch, and producing branch statements and reports. My signing authority reached 200,000 at its maximum. I continue to provide sound, knowledgeable advise to customers in person and on the phone. I also am required to take monthly training exams in order to keep abreast and current in all areas of compliance and operations in retail banking. As needed, I have been called upon to help troubleshoot windows based teller systems. I also have management duties to my tellers. I represent my branch at regional Teller Manager Meetings and Operations Forums where I have led discussions on how to improve branch efficiency. I help lead my tellers to consistently achieve their quarterly referral goals as well as set monthly schedules and tasks for the staff.
