Worked as Executive Director, Program Director, and Lead Coach for all programs for the first several years of the chapter's existence. Under my leadership, the chapter saw 10 straight years of growth and increased impact in the community, and was recognized as one of the Top-3 performing chapters in the nationwide network in 2015.
