      1. I was the UK and Ireland supply chain lead for an SKU rationalisation project whereby a number of product codes around the world are being consolidated into one global code. My key responsibility was to manage this project for the UK and Ireland markets in order to ensure a seamless launch of new global codes thus providing minimal impact to customers. This meant :* Handling calls with the global rationalisation team in order to ensure all UK and Ireland considerations are met.* Hosting a monthly project meeting with customer services, commercial, sales, regulatory, tender team and pricing team in order to provide a seamless product rationalisation for customers and key stakeholders.* Managing the conversion of current codes to the new global codes ensuring that inventory is depleted of the current code before the global code is ordered.* Communicating with a number of departments including sales, commercial, regulatory and tender teams and handling any queries in a timely and accurate manner.2. Hosting monthly S&OP meetings with all relevant stakeholders in order to ensure forecast accuracy and introduction of NPI's.3. Responsible for managing inventory across all franchises (total inventory $27MM) to ensure :* Inventory value is aligned with the company's business plan by year end* Carrying out a safety stock review with the regional plan team on a quarterly basis to ensure that safety stocks are accurate and in line with forecast without compromising service levels.* Analysing slow moving goods on a quarterly basis in order to return inventory to the European Distribution Centre where appropriate.* Manage the quality control cage in the UK warehouse in order to ensure that any inventory in the QA cage is disposed of in the most cost-effective manner.
