Owned the development of strategies and execution for BIM innovation and Project Management. The BIM data strategy was tested against two volumetric modules and it fed procurement, manufacturing, and systems engineering teams. Researched and developed 140 pages of BIM manual process documentation & advised on BIM process diagramming cross-organizationally. Led in the coordination of structural fabrication models and shop drawings: - Unistrut manifold design systems - Hollow Steel Section design systems - Cold Formed Steel design systems - Truss shop drawings for prefab - Wall/Ceiling/Floor panelization drawings Led in the coordination of MEPS fabrication models and shop drawings: - Ductwork fabrication drawings - Electrical coordination and wire routing, circuitry and switching. - PVC, Copper & Pex B plumbing coordination, fabrication models & shop drawings. Led in the development of: - Production shop drawings - Advanced work packaging - Metadata and model fidelity - Coordination with A/E teams - Procurement data and documentation Mentored and managed an international staff of 18 people: (1) Spain-Based Design Manager, Rendering & Visualization Expert (Cinema4D and Unreal Engine) (3) US-Based BIM Specialists (MEPS, Architecture, and Data) (14) Vietnam-Based BIM Modelers (All disciplines) My amazing and dedicated team developed end to end project documentation, including: BOMs, cut lists, labels, takeoffs, production shop drawings (data-driven), dynamo scripts, revit models and templates, over 1000 revit families for hospitality and affordable housing applications, steel prototypes, 3D printed prototypes, etc… Provided leadership, subject matter expertise, and mentorship to my teams and anyone passionate about learning the field of construction management, BIM/VDC, modular, and process innovation as it related to modular/prefab design and construction.
